Iraq bomb kills 18 at forensics centre in Baghdad

A suicide car bomber has killed 18 people and injured 80 at a government centre in Iraqi, police say.

The attacker tried to drive through a police checkpoint and blast walls protecting the centre in the Kerrada district.

The building was badly damaged by the blast and the rubble was being searched by rescue teams.

On Monday, bomb attacks in hotels in the city killed 36 people. 

The building collapsed soon after the explosion.

An Iraqi military spokesman, Maj Gen Qassim Atta, said the government centre had been the target of two bomb attacks in the past.

There have been fears that there will be more attacks as the parliamentary election is very soon in March and those predictions seem to be coming true.

Aid

What is the point of giving aid to pour countries like Africa? What we should be doing is teaching pour countries how to mach there own tools and how to farm so they can grow there own food and make a living, instead of richer countries jus giving away supply’s (which can be useful but will not last very long). Richer counters should also drop the interest rate on debts or the debts them selves’ so that  countries like Ghana can develop or they never will.

The library

To day I am going to write about my school library and why it is good and why it is bad.

Why my school library is good:

.There is a lot of space to work.

.It is always quiet so we can read or study in piece and quiet.

.there is a friendly librarian to help us find good books to read.

. There are good computers in the library which we can use to help us with are home work.

. There are nice big seats and tables were you can do your home work at.

. There lodes of books to choose from.

Why my school library is bad

    . There are always a lot of people in the library at once.

How it can improve:

. There should be reserved times for classes to go
